2018 Acura NSX Type R might be an all electric version

The 2018 Acura NSX is a supercar that has already grabbed quite some attention amongst car lovers. The supercar has been in the process of building for quite some years now and there is no doubt of the fact that the levels of engineering implemented are above the par levels. According to the reports, along with the 2018 Acura NSX, three more variants of the car is expected to be launched.

The rumors have it that we will be seeing a convertible variant, a all gas powered variant and an all electric variant of the 2018 Acura NSX along with the normal hybrid version. The reports also have it that all of it will be making its way into the market during the later part of 2018.

The EV Acura NSX Type R seems to be the most plausible car variant of the series as it would certainly give some tough competition of BMW i8. In fact, it is also expected to be of lighter weight and better performance altogether.

On the other hand, the rumors also have it that the upcoming NSX will also be given a complete new look. This to a certain extent is certainly needed as the current look of the hybrid Acura NSX is slightly outdated.

But nevertheless, it will be interesting to see the final versions of all the 2018 Acura NSX versions. There is no certainty of the fact that whether all the versions will be released together or not. A lot of car freaks will be looking out for all the versions of the upcoming Acura NSX. One of the most talked about variant, the all electric 2018 Acura NSX Type R might as well give some serious competition to the other all electric cars in the market currently. For the same, we will have to wait till the car get launched for public or we have a official release for the cars.
