Apple iPad Pro: UK release date and pricings revealed

25 Feb 2019

Apple Inc’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) large screen tablet iPad Pro will be released to the market this Wednesday in many countries, among which UK will also get the device on the same day.

Although Apple Inc is releasing this 12.9-inch iPad Pro with Pencil in 40 countries on November 11, it hasn’t revealed the pricing details outside the United States. But, after comparing the previous pricing model and dollar conversion rates, we have got an approximate (most probably, the exact price) for iPad Pro in the UK.

Apple iPad Pro UK pricing:

In the U.S. Apple iPad Pro’s basic model (32GB WiFi-only) has been priced at $799, which will be sold in the United Kingdom for £679. However, if you convert this price to dollars at the current market rate, it will be around $1025 or €955.

Apple will be selling the high-end 128GB iPad Pro 4G LTE version for £899, which will be $1357 or €1264, at the current conversion rate. The WiFi-only model of the 128GB iPad Pro will cost £799 ($1205 or €1124).

After the recent movement in the mobile world, the Eurozone prices will also resemble close to the UK price tag, and could be further rounded up to a nice looking number (either 49 or 99). That means, the 32GB WiFi-only model could be priced at €949.

Although Apple Inc revealed Pencil stylus and Smart Keyboard for iPad Pro tablet, it will be sold separately as accessories. The Apple Pencil stylus will cost you £79 (conversion rate – $119 or €111), while the Smart Keyboard will set you back £139 (Conversion rate – $210 or €195).

iPad Pro quick specs:

The 12.9-inch iPad Pro will be coming with a 2048×2732 Retina Display, Apple A9X processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB/128GB internal storage, no memory card slot, 8MP primary camera (3264 x 2448 pixels), 1.2MP front camera, non-removable battery with up to 10 hours of backup and iOS 9.
