Breakthrough DNA Diet to help curb Obesity soon

Scientists have made a research on weight loss technique to reduce obesity of human being, and found out that the breakthrough DNA Diet that based on human genetic codes will be the next big thing in this segment. Researchers believe that individuals can follow their own DNA diets based on their genetic data.

Being overweight is one of the primary health concerns on the United States as well as all over the world. There have been many efforts to find out a cure for the increasing weights amidst the younger generation, but nothing seems to have worked so far.

According to the reports, some researchers may just have found out a way that would actually help individuals in losing weight. It is undoubted that proper diet and precise exercise helps greatly in reducing weight, but the issue is that it is different for different individuals.

According to the study, researchers believe that individuals can be handed over precise diet plans for themselves according to their genetic data. It is believed that the genetic data for every human being holds the key to a lot of unknown facts about the human beings.

According to the statement by Molly Bray, a geneticist and professor of nutritional sciences at The University of Texas,

“I think within five years, we’ll see people start to use a combination of genetic, behavioral and other sophisticated data to develop individualized weight management plans. We are pretty good at helping people lose weight in the short term. But the stats on long-term weight loss are pretty dismal. We still don’t understand the process of weight regain very well, either from a behavioral or a biological standpoint.”

The scientists have discovered a gene that is dubbed as the obesity gene and is believed to hold the key to weight loss as well as weight gain. The gene is responsible for the food to be stored as fat in the body instead of being burned for biological purposes. The researchers believe that with further study in this regard, they might just be able to unlock the mysteries related to weight gain and the requirements for weight loss.
