It seems that Samsung may not forget the year 2016 in coming times. This is the year when their image got damaged badly due to Galaxy Note 7 fiasco. It is not just about the Note 7 only. Some users have also complained about the Washing machine of Samsung. Some cases of explosions were noticed here also. Company is already checking this matter. Now there is another incidence which is certainly not good for the company.

One Samsung Galaxy S7 edge owner has claimed that the gadget exploded while on charge. He is saying that he is using the original charger of Samsung and still got the issue. This user has received Samsung Galaxy S7 edge as a replacement of Galaxy Note 7. He visited the network carrier store and informed about the whole incident. Currently Samsung is not saying anything on this matter. It is almost certain that company will definitely like to check the whole matter thoroughly this time.

It is the third incidence of Samsung Galaxy S7 edge explosion. One user in The USA has already filed a lawsuit against the company.  This user is claiming that the model caught fire in his pocket. The matter is now in New Jersey’s Superior Court. There was another issue in September also. It seems that the problems of Samsung are refusing to end. Currently company is sending different messages to their customers. They are saying that their Galaxy S7 models are safe. However it is now certain that many users will not believe on this statement.

Samsung is not planning to recall their S7 models right now. But these incidences will force the makers to take the matter seriously.  Company is planning for the next edition of ‘S’ model. The name is expected to be S8. Makers may also launch a special exchange plan while bringing this model. Some reports were arriving a few days ago that company was looking to launch only one premium model every year from 2017. However it is not the case. The chances of Galaxy Note 8 are also there. Samsung will definitely take every step cautiously now. Market experts are going to follow the steps taken by Samsung. The next edition of S model may arrive in February 2017. Reputation of Samsung depends a lot on it. Therefore makers are looking to bring something special for their customers which may appear attractive for the customers.
