Fall Concerts in Tampa Bay

19 Feb 2019

Along with beautiful weather, fabulous restaurants, and tons of exciting things to see, Tampa Bay will be hosting a long list of concerts for the fall lineup. In addition to international recording artists, people will have the opportunity to be entertained by local talent.

Wrestling fans can purchase tickets for WWE Raw to be held on August 31 at 7:30 pm at the Amalie Arena, formerly called the Tampa Bay Times Forum. For wrestling fans, this is ranked as one of the top events of the year. Some of the best superstars in the wrestling industry will be at this event to include US Champions John Cena, Roman Reigns, and Randy Orton going against WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and Money-in-the-Bank Contract Winners, Bray Wyatt and Sheamus.

Other wresting greats scheduled to perform at this event include WWE Tag Team Champions Darren Young, Titus O’Neil, Big Show, The Miz, Dolph Ziggler, RUSEV, Neville, Luke Harper, Mark Henry, the WWE Divas, New Day, and others.

Then on September 16 at 7:00 pm at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre, Kelly Clarkson and Pentatonix will perform. Clarkson will wow the crowd with both traditional and new songs using her incredibly gifted voice. Considering that she recently announced being pregnant with her second child, it may be awhile before people have another chance to see her in concert so they should take advantage of this date.

Among the bigger tours coming is the Janet Jackson: Unbreakable World Tour. Jackson will be in Tampa Bay on September 24 for an 8:00 pm performance at the Amalie Arena. As most people know, Jackson puts on an amazing show and now with a new album, this concert will be fantastic. Tampa Bay is just one stop for the 36-date tour that will take the singer/songwriter throughout North America. The only downside is that at this time, the average ticket price is $167.

In addition to the three planned venues mentioned, many other events are planned for Tampa Bay this fall. This includes performances by Chris Brown, Fear Factory, 6 Seconds of Summer, Ed Sheeran, Van Halen, Billy Idol, Nightwish, Zappa Plays Zappa, and many others.
